With over 19 years of experience in Central and South America, Daniel Rincón kicked off his career as a copywriter at Young and Rubicam Panama, where he collaborated with renowned brands such as BMW, Sony, and Colgate, garnering recognition at various regional and international festivals, including the New York Festival. Later, he returned to Colombia and served as Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather Bogotá for seven years, crafting communication campaigns for Nestlé and Claro, earning accolades at Cannes Lions, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, El Sol, and others. Following that, he took on the role of Exectuve Creative Director at McCANN Bolivia, concentrating on business growth and development. During his tenure, he secured numerous accounts and collaborated with prominent clients such as Nestlé, BNB, VIVA, Coca-Cola, and BBO. Currently, he holds the position of Head of Creativity at draftLine Colombia, ABinBev's in-house creative studio. Throughout this period, draftLine's work has been acclaimed at various festivals, including Cannes Lions, Clio, LIA, and One Show. Daniel's leadership played a pivotal role in making draftLine the first Latin American in-house agency to win an eCommerce Grand Prix at the Cannes Festival, the second agency in the history of Colombia to win the Grand LIA, being in the Effie top 5 for 4 years, and the third-best in-house agency globally according to One Show.
