About me
Daniel Rincón is a Creative Leader who believes great creative work is the result of great creative organizations. Over the last 20 years, he has helped agencies, in-house studios and emerging companies across Latin America redefine how creativity creates value, building high-performing teams, scaling organizations, winning new business and connecting creativity with technology, commerce and culture. His leadership has contributed to transforming DraftLine Colombia into one of the world's most recognized in-house creative studios, earning the first Cannes Lions Creative Commerce Grand Prix for a Latin American in-house agency, a Grand LIA, multiple One Show, Clio and Effie recognitions, and positioning the studio among the world's leading in-house creative teams. Previously, he helped scale McCann Bolivia by 275%, contributing to its growth as one of the country's highest-billing agencies, while leading business expansion and securing major regional accounts. Earlier in his career, he led one of Ogilvy Colombia's largest creative units, overseeing integrated teams across Nestlé and Claro while developing the next generation of creative talent. Today, as Executive Creative Director at TORNUS, Daniel is building a new kind of creative company, one where creativity is not only measured by campaigns, but by its ability to shape reputation, strengthen culture and drive long-term business value.
